Train where they call you by your name
Before your first class we will already know what hurts, what you would love to do again and how you like to be encouraged. At Másamí, every session starts with you.

Nobody here is a membership number. We know your name, how you feel each day and what you want to achieve, and we train with you from there.
First, we listen
On your first day we take the time to talk: your health, your injuries and what brought you here.
We coach you up close
Your trainer stays by your side in every exercise, so you progress without getting hurt.
We notice your progress
And we remind you of it: climbing the stairs without stopping, sleeping better, dancing again.
Two centres in Fuengirola

What our members say
What I value most is that they remember everything: my back, my schedule, they even ask after my mother.
Antonio · Functional and Pilates I had not exercised for years because of my knee. Here they taught me to strengthen it bit by bit, and now I climb the stairs home without stopping on the landing.
Carmen · Personal training I came for the bachata and stayed for Pilates too. I leave every class in a better mood than when I arrived.

Questions before you start
Anything else? Ask us on WhatsApp.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. We start from where you are, whatever your age, and build up step by step.
I have an injury or pain. Can I train?
Tell us before you start. We adapt the exercises to you and, if your doctor or physio has given you guidelines, we follow them.
Can I see the centre before signing up?
Of course. Message us on WhatsApp and we will find a time that suits you.
How do I book classes?
Everyone books their session from an app on their phone. When you join, we help you install it and make your first booking.
What are your opening hours?
We open mornings and afternoons, from 9:00 to 21:00. Each activity has its own timetable depending on the day: message us and we will tell you which ones suit you.
Do I need to know how to dance for Latin rhythms?
No, and you do not need a partner either. You learn the steps in class; what matters is moving and having a good time.
